3rd one same problem!
We had the 3 person which lasted a couple of seasons. The tube split right where the air goes in. We had fun for those two seasons so decided to try again with the two person in hopes it would last longer. The first one we got one ride out of before it sprung a leak. We had to cut pieces off and send it back to get a replacement.. AND WE HAD TO PAY SHIPPING BOTH WAYS ! We got the replacement too late to use until this year. We got two rides out of it this time. The hole in the tube is in the same place. Around the air "intake". Impossible to repair. Past the 90 day warranty. No money back, no tube.

big bucks for short lifespan
paid $500 2 seasons ago and the bottom attachment is frayed to the point of not being usable. sevylor should provide a repair for this issue as it seems to be commonplace. otherwise this would be my last towable from them, we have a large watersports following on our lake that are curious to see the result from a call i'm going to make to sevylor customer support

Waste of Money
I bought this towable last year and the rope at the bottom allowing it to orbit frayed away and broke. It was used less than 30 times. Less than one year !!! What good is a 90 day warranty on a tube that is this expensive. No assistance at all from customer service - they directed me to Coleman tent suppliers who knew nothing about towables. Would not buy another towable with such a limited warranty from this company
